The cleaning table MST-2500W.CE is used for suction and removal of dust released during manual or machine cleaning.
Dust is sucked in through holes in the work surface, filtered on a cartridge filter and returned to the workshop through the exhaust panel on the side. Cartridge filters can be cleaned with compressed air, which allows you to use the filter for a long time without losing suction efficiency.
The cleaning table has a built-in centrifugal fan, which allows you to ensure the compactness of the entire structure. The cleaning table is a ready workplace. Active side surfaces on some models of the extraction table increase the efficiency of dust absorption and are an advantage when processing large-sized products.

The principle of action

The main task of the MST-2500W.CE cleaning table is to clean the air of the working area from waste particles arising during material processing. Contaminated air is drawn into the table cleaning zone with the help of a vacuum fan. The large and medium fraction of dust settles under the force of gravity in a box at the bottom of the table, while the lighter particles suspended in the air are filtered using a cartridge filter. The filtered air goes into the room through an additional filter on the side panel of the table.

Cleaning process

Filter cartridges are cleaned using a counterflow of compressed air. A jet of compressed air under high pressure blows the filter cartridge in the direction of the return flow of filtering the polluted air. Filtered dust gradually accumulates in the waste collection box, and requires periodic monitoring and unloading. Activation of the cleaning system occurs automatically after the same period of time.


Management

The time of the operating period between each cleaning is set on the time relay in the table control panel. To turn on the installation, you need to press the green button on the control panel. In order to stop the operation of the cleaning table, press the red button on the control panel.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

The grinding table works exclusively with atmospheric air, and is not designed to clean the air from other gases (CO, CO2), except for cases provided by the manufacturer’s equipment with appropriate filters.

FORBIDDEN!

  • Use filter units to filter air that contains paint, large and long fractions of sawdust, rags, metal foreign bodies, or any other inclusions that can damage the fan, filter, and unit.
  • Remove the filters and the dust collection container for maintenance or repair purposes while the power on the control panel is not turned off.
  • Carry out any interventions in the installation during its operation.

Application

For transporting clean and slightly polluted air, for various applications in industrial and non-industrial areas, as well as for industrial air conditioning.

Air temperature: up to 60°C for the standard version, for higher temperatures, a special version of the fan is required.

The fan is coated with powder paint baked at 200°C with an average coating thickness of 70 microns, the impeller is coated with an epoxy primer.
The fan is statically and dynamically balanced.

Cartridge filter 1000 made of non-flammable polyester with nanofiber C2.1000.16.WEBFR

This filter is able to capture finer fractions of dust than bag filters and is designed to clean the air from finely dispersed dry particles that do not stick together. Regeneration of filters is carried out with compressed air in automatic mode. The filters are made in Italy and meet EU quality standards.
Material – Non-flammable polyester with cellulose with nanofiber and metal mesh.

It establishes a procedure for determining effectiveness based on a method that calculates fractions using a test liquid aerosol (or alternatively solid), and can classify these filters in a normalized way depending on their effectiveness

 

 

 

 

Filter cleaning system

Cleaning cartridge filters with compressed air allows you to use the filters for a long time without losing suction efficiency. Each filter is equipped with an individual valve for supplying compressed air, which allows high-quality regeneration of each filter. Impulse valves – explosion-proof, made in Italy, comply with EU quality standards, certified by ATEX, category 22. Filter cartridges are cleaned using a counterflow of compressed air. The flow of compressed air under high pressure blows the filter cartridge in the opposite direction – against the flow of filtering polluted air.

 


 

Optimization

In order to optimize the consumed compressed air, a special device is installed that regulates the duration of the flow and the intervals between filter cleaning cycles. For the operation of the filter cleaning system, it is necessary to use dry, purified compressed air. The air must correspond to class 2 according to the ISO 8573-1 standard. The working pressure is 0.5-0.7 MPa. Compressed air can be connected to the unit using a G 3/8″ (female) pneumatic quick release connector.


Control panel

Designed for switching on and off all systems and motors involved in the installation, as well as electrical protection of motors (current, phase shift). The control panel allows you to turn on and off the fan according to a given algorithm, control the cleaning system, the cleaning cycle is provided by an economizer that automatically controls the solenoid valve, cleaning the filter. The remote control is equipped with a quick connection connector, which allows you to connect the installation without having special education.

 

 


Cleaning material collection compartment

 

The compartment for collecting filtered material includes 1 retractable metal container. It is convenient for unloading the cleaning material. The volume of the container is 30 liters.
