2022 year. The company Aton Service has developed a filtering plant FTC-AS 4.Bd for TM “ElfDecor”. The filtering piant FTC-AS 4.Bd is the best solution for laser and plasma cutting of metal. The productivity of the equipment is 4,000 m³/h.
The installation performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane provide fine filtration of air with a size of solid particles from 0.3 microns, the degree of air purification is 100%, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop.
The filtering plant FTC-AS 4.Bd was created by design engineers for air purification in workshops of medium and large enterprises.
The control panel is included in the package. Designed to enable and disable all systems and motors installed in the filtering plant, as well as electrical protection of the motors (by current, phase distortion). The control panel allows you to turn the fan on and off according to a predetermined algorithm, to control the cleaning system; the cleaning cycle is provided by an economizer that automatically controls the solenoid valve, cleaning one filter at a time. If the control unit includes Unit of energy saving ESU 4, then the control algorithm allows you to adjust smoothly the fan speed depending on the required power (number of connected machines, signal from the pressure sensor). That helps to save the electric power consumption. The economy value can reach about 70-80% in the case of 10-20% load of the machines.
