Filtering plant FSC-AS 16.Bd  is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Filtering plant can also be used in other areas provided that a large amount of particulate matter is in the polluted air.  Modular panels, which provide a modular structure for the plant use during assembling. The plant is made of steel 1.5 to 2 mm thickness, followed by powder painting. Contaminated air containing particles of waste produced during manufacturing is transported to the filtering unit and heavier particles in the deposition chamber fall into the dust collection chamber of the plant, while air containing fine particles is filtered in PTEF membrane cartridge filters.

 


Plant performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with PTEF membrane provide fine air filtration with a solid particle size of 0.3 microns, 100% air purification, which allows returning purified air to the room. The cartridge filters are cleaned by impulse blows of compressed air controlled by an electronic economizer that optimizes flow duration and feed intervals.
Filtering plant FSC-AS 16.Bd  includes a filter compartment; a settling chamber; blower with high suction power and high efficiency; cans for unloading dust; supporting legs; air inlet containing dust and gases; outlet for filtered air; inspection doors, viewing window.

Filtering plant FSC-AS 16.Bd  is manufactured in accordance with the standards established by the Aton Service LTD Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
It complies with the requirements of DSTU EN 60204-l: 2015, DSTU EN 61000-6-2: 2015, DSTU EN 61000-6-4: 2016.
Operating manual must be read and understood and must be followed by the person who installs, operates and maintains the installation.

FORBIDDEN!

  1. To use a filtering plant for filtering of the air in which there are paint, large and long fractions of sawdust, rags, metal objects or any other inclusions that can damage the blower, filters and plant.
  2. To remove the filters and dust storage container for maintenance or for repair purposes when the power is not turned off on the control panel.
  3. To carry out any interventions in the plant during its operation.


Blower
RL-AS500/2/18,5 Es5

Area of application: very high capacity and low pressure.
Type of blades: backward curved.
Application: for transportation of clean and slightly dusty air, for different applications in industrial and civil areas, for industrial air-conditioning as well.
Temperature of the fluid: till 60°C for standard execution, for higher temperatures special execution of the blower is required.
Construction’s specification: stable construction made of sheet metal. Blower is covered by powder paint, baked at 200°C with the average thickness of соating 70 mc, the impeller is covered by epoxy grounding.
Blower is statically and dynamically balanced.
Impeller and motor produced in Italy, correspond to quality norms of EU.


Membrane filter

Membrane filter C2.1200.13.PTF is capable of collecting finer dust fractions than sleeve filters and is designed to purify air from fine dry particles that do not stick together. Filter regeneration is carried out by compressed air in automatic mode. Filters are made in Italy, comply with EU quality standards.
Material – 100% polyester with PTFE membrane, material density – 260 g / m2.
The cleaning efficiency is 100% for particles larger than 0,3 micrometers.

BIA-test

The filter should not skip anything – we often hear this statement. Many people think that the filter holds 100% of the dust. In principle, a filter is a separation device; this means that it separates the proposed material for filtration. The isolated product is returned back to the production process or to residual disposal. Particles, contained in the air, that go out are called residual dust. Residual dust is indicated in mg / m³.

 

 

 


EN 1822

The standard applies to high-performance and very high-performance ultra-low penetration air filters used in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, as well as in technological processes such as cleanroom technology or the pharmaceutical industry. It establishes a procedure for determining effectiveness based on a method that calculates fractions using a test liquid aerosol (or alternatively solid), and can classify these filters in a normalized way depending on their effectiveness.

 

 


Filter cleaning system

Cleaning of the cartridge filters with compressed air allows the filters to be used for a long time without loss of suction efficiency. Each filter is equipped with an individual valve for supply of the compressed air, which allows each filter to be properly regenerated. Impulse valves are explosion-proof, made in Italy, comply with EU quality standards, certified by ATEX, category 22.
Filter cartridges are cleaned using a pulse-jet counterflow of the compressed air. The flow of compressed air under high pressure blows the filter cartridge in the opposite direction – against the filtering flow of dusty air.
In order to optimize the consumption of compressed air, a special device has been installed that controls the duration of the flow and the intervals between filter cleaning cycles.
For operation of the filter cleaning system a dry, purified compressed air must be used. Air must comply with class 2 of ISO 8573-1.
Working pressure – 0.5-0.7 MPa.
Connection of the compressed air to the plant is possible by means of quickly removable socket for the pneumatic items of G 3/8 inch (mother).


Control panel

Designed to enable and disable all systems and motors installed in the filtering plant, as well as electrical protection of the motors (by current, phase distortion). The control panel allows you to turn the fan on and off according to a predetermined algorithm, to control the cleaning system; the cleaning cycle is provided by an economizer that automatically controls the solenoid valve, cleaning one filter at a time. If the control unit includes Unit of energy saving ESU 15, then the control algorithm allows you to adjust smoothly the fan speed depending on the required power (number of connected machines, signal from the pressure sensor). That helps to save the electric power consumption. The economy value can reach about 70-80% in the case of 10-20% load of the machines. The control panel is equipped with a quick connector for tapping that allows you to connect the filtering plant without special knowledge.
