In the vast majority of industrial sectors, bag filters consistently provide dust collection performance at the highest level, having the necessary hydromechanical resistance and reliability.
During the operation of fabric filters, dust gradually accumulates in the pores of the filter material, as well as on its surface. As the volume of dust increases, the hydromechanical resistance of the material also increases. As a result, the pores and the filter surface become clogged, the filter performance will decrease, and because of this, the filter will not be able to pass gas. Therefore, in order for the filter to be in working condition, it is necessary to regularly remove dust from the pores of the filter material. The process of shedding part of the dust layer in fabric filters is called regeneration, thus restoring the original properties of the filter material.
