The control panel of the aspiration system is designed to turn on and off all systems and engines involved in the aspiration system, as well as electrical protection of engines (current, phase imbalance). The control panel allows you to turn on and off aspiration and transport fans according to a given algorithm, control the cleaning system (vibrators or compressed air pulses), control the unloading system (screw or rotary valve). The control panel includes the ability to output a signal about the failure of any components of the aspiration system.
If the control panel includes an inverter, then the control algorithm allows you to smoothly adjust the fan speed depending on the required power (number of connected machines, signal from the pressure sensor). This saves electrical power. The amount of savings can reach about 70-80% when using cascade control of fans in combination with an inverter (in the case of a machine park load factor of about 10-20%).
