2024. An aspiration system is a part of modern industry. Currently, Ukrainian enterprises are focused on manufacturing products using efficient energy-saving technologies. Aton Service solutions take into account today’s needs and even go ahead of them.
In connection with the expansion of the production facilities of Blizzard Production, we reconstructed and modernized three previously installed aspiration systems and installed a PJF 120 Bd.C filtering plant with deposition chamber for the wet grinding shop.
The existing air duct systems were relocated to new production areas and their capacities were optimally distributed according to the connected machines and machining centers.
An integrated approach to solving the tasks set by Aton Service specialists allows not only to qualitatively dedust workplaces and remove cutting products from machines, but also to sort the resulting waste for further disposal and/or use.
Blizzard Production received four dust extraction systems in a short time, which allowed us to quickly restore the technological process and put new equipment into operation.
