In early 2025, Agromash-Kalina LLC, based in the Vinnytsia region, was presented with a challenge. Welding operations in the metalworking facility were producing smoke, dust, and fine particles, creating an unsafe working environment that failed to meet sanitary standards. The goal was clear: improve air quality, ensure safety, and enhance workplace comfort without stopping production.
Aton Service delivered a modern, customized solution that transformed the workshop in just 24 days.
The Aton Service team designed a state-of-the-art aspiration system using PUSH-PULL technology with three exhaust hoods, covering all five welding areas. Key components included:
Two high-efficiency FS-AS 16 filter units
Air ducts with supply and exhaust grilles
Auxiliary technical equipment for stable, reliable operation
To maximize performance, the system was split into two independent circuits:
System A.1: serves welding area No. 1 with a capacity of 16,380 m³/h
System A.2: serves areas No. 2–5 with a capacity of 13,430 m³/h
Total capacity: 32,000 m³/h, fully meeting the enterprise’s technological requirements and ensuring clean air at all times.
Installing the system came with challenges: limited space, working at height, and the need to maintain production throughout the process.
Through careful planning, teamwork, and engineering expertise, Aton Service completed the project on schedule, meeting the highest safety and quality standards. The project kicked off in May 2025 and was completed by July 19, 2025—from manufacturing to commissioning—in just 24 working days.
