From the supply of foreign equipment to our own production

Aton Service is a leading Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of filtering equipment and aspiration systems.

The history of the company began in 2004.

─ We came to place an order for a furniture factory in Kyiv. They saw a huge amount of dust in the workshops, heat loss and emissions of harmful substances into the environment. 95% of furniture enterprises in Ukraine used outdated technologies. Our goal was to develop a solution for cleaning the air, returning heat to the premises and saving energy resources, ─ say the founders of Anton Service Eduard Lebedev and Serhiy Yefimenko.

Managers combined the experience of calculation, design, production of ventilation systems, management of production processes and made a statement from the first days of work. Aton Service quickly found partners in Western Europe to launch aspiration equipment in Ukraine.

2005-2008 ─ active development

In 2005, the company implemented the first large-scale aspiration project in MODERN XXI. The company is a leader among manufacturers of window structures and windows in Kharkiv. Air purification productivity was 75,000 m3/h.

In 2006, aspiration equipment was installed at the “New Style” company, which occupies a leading position in the production of seating furniture in the CIS and Eastern Europe. Air purification productivity was 140,000 m3/h.

In 2008, new facilities were added by manufacturers of paper – Tetra Pak and ELOPAK-FASTIV, tobacco products ─ Philip Morris International, British American Tobacco, Prylutsk tobacco factory.

At the end of the year, Aton Service brings the first grinding table from Italy to Ukraine.

2010-2012 ─ export and creation of the engineering department

In 2010, the first contract for the export of aspiration equipment to Liberia was concluded. In the same year, an own engineering department was created to develop individual projects of aspiration systems. This allows for an individual approach and selection of solutions for each enterprise.

In 2011, the company launched the production and sale of blower fans. Their buyers are our current partners.

2013 ─ launch of own production.

In 2013, the company’s team decided to manufacture aspiration equipment imported from Europe in Ukraine. This is how the Kyiv factory of aspiration equipment was born. Only components of European brands are used in production.

In 2014, the company’s design department was formed and the development of new equipment started. The company is successfully mastering foreign markets, becoming well known in the countries of the post-Soviet space.

2016 – 2019 ─ release of new equipment

In 2016, a decision was made to produce equipment for cleaning fumes and gases during metalworking. Today, the company’s aspiration systems work at leading enterprises – Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant, Ukrzaliznytsia, Modern Expo, Dnipro Metallurgical Plant, Zaporizhzhya Foundry and Mechanical Plant.

in 2019, the company developed and launched serial production of machines for the production of ducts and fans.

Confirmation of the company’s professionalism, high level of quality of equipment and services ─ obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate.

2020 is a successful promotion

In 2020, the company continued to improve production and update its product line. The number of orders has increased. Aton Service is chosen by furniture makers, manufacturers of metal products, farmers and companies in other industries

We respond quickly to market needs. Boxers were released for sterilization during the coronavirus pandemic.

2021 ─ scaling and growth of production

The company Aton Service is scaling up. The pool of partners has expanded, production capacity has increased many times. In 2021, 9,000 units of equipment were released.

Cooperation with the client begins with the analysis of production and the selection of aspiration solutions. We develop and implement individual projects taking into account the needs of enterprises. Installation and commissioning takes place on the territory of the customer. Our service department quickly responds to emergency situations, the necessary components are available in our own warehouse.

2022 is the year of business relocation and new challenges

In March 2022, due to the war in Ukraine, we were forced to relocate production to a safe place. Our plant has been moved to the town of Kolchyne in Zakarpattia Oblast. Logistics has improved. Production facilities have become closer to the borders with the EU. We kept the team of specialists and strengthened it with new people.

Our experience confirms that crises are new opportunities for company development. Our team overcomes obstacles thanks to cohesion, ambition, reliable partners and customer trust.

Together with them, we take care of the cleanliness of the environment every day. On the meter of purified air – 58 million cubic meters. After all, the mission of Aton Service is “Clean future is in clean present”.
