The control system of aspiration is intended for inclusion and disconnection of all systems and engines which are involved in the system of aspiration, and also, electric protection of engines (current, phase distortion). The control panel allows to turn on and off aspiration and transport fans according to a given algorithm, to operate the cleaning system (vibrators or pulses of compressed air), to control the unloading system (auger or rotary valve). The control panel includes the ability to output an alarm signal of any components of the aspiration system.
If the control panel includes an inverter, then the control algorithm allows you to smoothly adjust the rotation speed of the fan depending on the required power (number of connected machines, signal from the pressure sensor). This saves power. The value of savings can reach about 70-80% when using cascade fan control in combination with an inverter (in the case of the machine park load factor of about 10-20%).
