Dust Shedding System: How It Works
During the air purification process using bag filters, dust buildup often occurs between the filter bags. This issue is especially common when the air contains resins — such as in the processing of materials like particleboard (chipboard), MDF, or plywood.
To effectively remove the dust that accumulates between the filter bags and forms dense layers, a dust shedding system was developed. This system activates at set intervals and gently shakes or agitates the filters. As a result, the dust detaches from the filter surfaces and falls into the collection zone.
This process helps maintain consistent filtration efficiency, prevents clogging, and extends the service life of the filters.
