Local filtering plant FA 36 are designed to eliminate sawdust, dust and chips from one-two machines, they are installed in the workshop directly near the machinery. Productivity – 6750 m³ / hour.
Plant of this series differs from similar vacuum cleaners on purpose, the innovative decision of supply of the polluted air in plant. The solution developed by engineers of the company allows to prolong service life of filters and provides long service life of plant in the declared parameters.

Bag filters provide air filtration with a particle size of 10 microns, the degree of air purification is 99.5%, the hoses are cleaned due to the flow of air from the main blower and the force of gravity.
Plant on bag filters, made of powder-coated steel with open housing and blower. Filtering plants are equipped with the blower with high suction power and high efficiency, a filter compartment with reliable system of fastening of filters, a bag for collecting waste.

Filtering plant FA 36 is manufactured in accordance with the standards established by the Aton Service LTD Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
It complies with the requirements of DSTU EN 60204-l: 2015, DSTU EN 61000-6-2: 2015, DSTU EN 61000-6-4: 2016.


Operating manual must be read and understood and must be followed by the person who installs, operates and maintains the installation.

  1. To use a filtering plant for filtering of the air in which there are paint, large and long fractions of sawdust, rags, metal objects or any other inclusions that can damage the blower, filters and plant.
  2. To remove the filters and dust storage container for maintenance or for repair purposes when the power is not turned off on the control panel.
  3. To carry out any interventions in the plant during its operation.


Blower
RM-AS 450/2/7.5Es4

Area of application: high capacity and medium pressure.
Type of blades: backward curved.
Application: dust extraction blower, suction and transportation of very dusty air, containing granular materials, wood chips and sawdust, excluding filamentous materials.
Temperature of the fluid: till 60°C for standard execution, for higher temperatures special execution of the blower is required.
Construction’s specification: stable construction made of sheet metal. Blower is covered by powder paint, baked at 200°C with the average thickness of соating 70 mc, the impeller is covered by epoxy grounding.
Blower is statically and dynamically balanced.
Impeller and motor produced in Italy, correspond to quality norms of EU.

Sleeve filters are used for air purification in the vast majority of industrial enterprises that have emissions of dust and gas flow into the atmosphere, such as: woodworking and metallurgical plants, cement manufacturers, asphalt plants, power plants, incinerators, tobacco factories, chemical plants, etc.
Today, sleeve filters are the most common effective and cost-effective element for filter systems in the world.
In the bulk of the industry, sleeve filters invariably provide dust collection performance at the highest level, possessing the necessary hydromechanical resistance and reliability.
During the operation of cloth filters, a gradual layering of dust occurs in the pores of the filter material, as well as on its surface. With increasing dust volume, the hydromechanical resistance of the material also increases. As a result of clogging of the pores and the filter surface, the filter performance will decrease and as a result, the filter will not be able to pass gas. Therefore, in order for the filter to be in working condition, it is necessary to regularly remove dust from the pores of the filter material.
The process of dumping part of the dust layer in fabric filters is called regeneration, thus the initial properties of the filter material are restored.
Material – 100% polyester, material density – 400 g / m2.
The cleaning efficiency is 99.5% for particles larger than 10 microns.

Control
panel

Designed to enable and disable all systems and motors installed in the filtering plant, as well as electrical protection of the motors (by current, phase distortion). The control panel allows you to turn the blower on and off according to a predetermined algorithm, to control the cleaning system. The control panel is equipped with a quick connector for tapping that allows you to connect the filtering plant without special knowledge.
