Aspiration bench MST-2500.CE is used to extract and eliminate dust, that is produced during manual sanding or with the help of sanding tools.
Dust is sucked through the holes in the working surface, filtered in cartridge filter, clean air is returned back to the workshop through the outlet side pannel. Cleaning of cartridge filters by compressed air is foreseen, that allows to use filters for a long time, without loss of efficiency of the air intake.
Built-in centrifugal blower helps to ensure the compact size of the construction – extraction bench is the finished working place. Side chamfers on some models of the sanding benches are increasing the efficiency of the dust suction and appear to be an advantage during the processing of bulky products (for example, doors, parts of the tables, parts of the wardrobe etc.).


Principle of action

The main task of the aspiration bench MST-2500.CE is to purify the work area air from the particles of waste arising from material processing. Contaminated air is drawn into the table cleaning area with the help of a dilution blower. A large and medium fraction of the dust under gravity is deposited in the drawer at the bottom of the table, while the lighter particles suspended in the air are filtered by a cartridge filter. The filtered air enters the room through an additional filter on the side panel of the table.
The filter cartridges are cleaned using a compressed air counterflow. A high-pressure compressed air jet blows the filter cartridge in the opposite direction to the contaminated air filtration flow. The filtered dust gradually accumulates in the waste bin and requires periodic monitoring and unloading.
Activation of the cleaning system occurs automatically after the same period of time. The time between each cleaning is set to the time relay in the desk control panel. To activate the installation, press the green button on the remote control. To stop the grinding table, press the red button on the control panel.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

The equipment operates exclusively in atmospheric air and is not designed to purify the air from other gases (CO, CO2), except in cases provided by the manufacturer with the appropriate filters.

 FORBIDDEN!

  1. Use a filtering plant for filtering air in which there are a paint, large and long fractions of sawdust, rags, metal objects or any other inclusions that can damage the blower, filter and plant.
  2. Remove filters and dust storage box for maintenance or for repair purposes when the power is not turned off on the control panel.
  3. Carry out any intervention in the plant during its operation.

Antistatic cartridge filter

The cartridge filter C2.1000.10.ANT is capable of collecting finer dust fractions than sleeve filters and is designed to purify air from fine dry particles that do not stick together. Filter regeneration is carried out by compressed air in automatic mode. Filters are made in Italy, comply with EU quality standards.
Material – antistatic polyester, material density – 260 g / m2.
The cleaning efficiency is 100% for particles larger than 5 micrometers.

BIA-test

The filter should not skip anything – we often hear this statement. Many people think that the filter holds 100% of the dust. In principle, a filter is a separation device; this means that it separates the proposed material for filtration. The isolated product is returned back to the production process or to residual disposal. Particles, contained in the air, that go out are called residual dust. Residual dust is indicated in mg / m³.

 

 



EN 1822

The standard applies to high-performance and very high-performance ultra-low penetration air filters used in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, as well as in technological processes such as cleanroom technology or the pharmaceutical industry. It establishes a procedure for determining effectiveness based on a method that calculates fractions using a test liquid aerosol (or alternatively solid), and can classify these filters in a normalized way depending on their effectiveness.

 

 


DIN 54345-5

In certain places, dust friction can lead to the buildup of electrostatic charges with the risk of sparking. Thus, in the presence of flammable or explosive dust the antistatic filter elements must be used to allow charges to be carried along filter bags and pockets.
The electrical resistance of the filter material of the antistatic cartridge filter, according to the measurements in compliance with DIN 54345, section 5 is <106 Om / m2.
Filter cleaning system

Cleaning the cartridge filters with compressed air allows the filters to be used for a long time without loss of suction efficiency. Each filter is equipped with an individual valve for supplying compressed air, which allows each filter to be properly regenerated. Impulse valves – explosion-proof, made in Italy, comply with EU quality standards, certified by ATEX, category 22.
Filter cartridges are cleaned with a counter flow of compressed air. A stream of compressed air under high pressure blows the filter cartridge in the opposite direction – against the filtering stream of contaminated air.
In order to optimize the consumption of compressed air, a special device has been installed that controls the duration of the flow and the intervals between filter cleaning cycles.
To operate the filter cleaning system, dry, purified compressed air must be used. Air must comply with class 2 of ISO 8573-1.
Working pressure – 0.5-0.7 MPa.
Adding the compressed air to plant is possible by means of quickly removable socket for the pneumatic wares of G 3/8 inch (mother).
Control panel

Designed to enable and disable all systems and motors involved in the installation, as well as electrical protection of the motors (by current, phase misalignment). The control panel allows you to turn the fan on and off according to a predetermined algorithm, to control the cleaning system, the cleaning cycle is provided by an economizer who automatically controls the solenoid valve, cleaning one filter at a time. The remote is equipped with a quick connector for connection, which allows you to connect the installation without special education.

 

 


 
The collection compartment of the filtered material

The collection compartment for filtered material includes 1 quick-detachable metal container on wheels. They are convenient for transporting and unloading filtered material. The volume of each container is 20 liters.
