The ceiling filter (fine filter) for painting booths is designed for fine cleaning of the air supplied to the working area of ​​the painting booth and at the same time for creating a smooth, uniform air flow in it. Provides high-quality air cleaning in painting and drying booths.

RF ceiling filters are fine air cleaning filters of class F5.

The filters are made of thermally bonded polyester fiber and treated with a special composition that prevents the “flaking” of the material, and also eliminates the migration of dust in the thickness of the material and the detachment of particles from the filter surface. On the air outlet side, there is a retaining mesh, which also increases the strength of the material.

The average service life of the ceiling filter is from 900 to 1300 hours of operation of the painting booth, provided that the pre-cleaning filters are replaced in a timely manner.
