Antistatic, moisture-oil-repellent bag filters are used for air purification at the vast majority of industrial enterprises that emit dust and gas streams into the atmosphere, such as: woodworking and metallurgical plants, cement manufacturers, asphalt concrete plants, power plants, waste incineration plants, tobacco factories, chemical plants, etc.
Today, bag filters are the most common, effective and cost-effective element for filtering plants in the world.
In the vast majority of industrial sectors, bag filters consistently provide dust collection performance at the highest level, having the necessary hydromechanical resistance and reliability.
During the operation of fabric filters, dust gradually layers in the pores of the filter material, as well as on its surface. With an increase in the volume of dust, the hydromechanical resistance of the material also increases. As a result, the pores and the filter surface will become clogged, the filter performance will decrease and because of this the filter will not be able to pass gas. Therefore, in order for the filter to be in working condition, it is necessary to regularly remove dust from the pores of the filter material.
The process of removing part of the dust layer in fabric filters is called regeneration, thus restoring the original properties of the filter material.
