2023. We have implemented another aspiration solution at the VIP MASTER production. Aton Service has been cooperating with the VIP MASTER furniture factory for several years. Our equipment helps to clean the air in the workshops during the manufacture of furniture.
This year we have installed a new aspiration system at VIP MASTER. The specialists of the Aton Service design bureau have developed an individual solution for VIP MASTER – a system based on a PS18/60 silo with a filter head and peripheral equipment.
Our team was tasked with providing high-quality aspiration to the production facilities and implementing the direction of all filtered material to a group of bunkers that supply the boiler room with fuel that maintains the temperature conditions of all production areas.
The result of the cooperation between the design, engineering, and service departments is the commissioning of the waste storage system in the PS18/60 silo. It contains a filtering part with a capacity of 80,000 m³/h, into which all production waste is directed thanks to the balanced operation of four RU-AS 630 series blowers.
A silo is an optional feature. Therefore, another task was solved – the accumulation of fuel and its automatic and uniform distribution between the boiler bins. The solution is a closed pneumatic conveying system based on CY500 cyclones and RV30 dosing units for moving fuel from the silo to the boiler hoppers.
The PS18/60 silo is equipped with its own pneumatic filter regeneration system, has a high degree of purification and is used in the production of furniture, materials, interior parts, and structural elements made of wood.
The main aspiration air ducts at VIP-MASTER are equipped with RIL2 active spark suppression systems, which allows for safe operation of the equipment.
We have also equipped an emergency unloading system, which minimizes production delays even in the event of emergency situations.
The Mobil AS filtering plant and Aton Service grinding tables have been successfully operating at the VIP-MASTER furniture factory for several years.
