Service maintenance
Aton Service specialists provide maintenance of aspiration systems and equipment. This is a set of measures to maintain the equipment in optimal working condition to extend its service life.
The process includes:
- Checking the equipment and its condition,
- Check of individual equipment components (auger, gearbox, motors, fan, dosing unit, filter, receiver, level sensors, valves, rubber blades, plastic products, light bulbs, fuses, bearings, propellers and their nuts, toothed segments, gears, etc,)
- Checking the availability and quantity of lubricants, replacing or refilling them,
- Comparison of the equipment performance with the checklist filled out during commissioning,
- Cleaning of individual components of the equipment,
- Replacement of parts or individual components of the system and/or equipment.
- Written and photographic documentation of all work performed, drawing up an act and filling out a service checklist that will allow you to continue to track the options of all components of the equipment and/or system.
