Aspiration at Ludvypil LLC in the Rivne region

2023 year. The aspiration equipment of Aton Service cleans the air at the production of Lyudvypil LLC in the town of Sosnove in the Rivne region.

We developed and manufactured the CY-1800Z cyclone for a woodworking enterprise. Its productivity is 20736-28800 m³/h.

The cyclone cleans the air from large and heavy dust particles and directs them to a separate industrial site for further use.
Separately, the system includes two mechanized separators that prevent the largest scraps from entering the aspiration system, and a chip catcher. It additionally protects the impeller of the transport fan and the rotor of the metering valve from slightly smaller particles that could enter the system and damage its full operation.

An individually designed system of air ducts at the factory ensures high-quality and efficient air exchange with the possibility of manual balancing of air velocities on each branch during operation.

Our specialists installed and started the aspiration system at the Ludvypil enterprise, taking into account all the peculiarities of work in the workshop.

Lyudvypil LLC is engaged in the manufacture of wood products, carpentry products and construction structures.
