Aspiration solutions for M-MEBEL LTD in Zakarpattia

2024. Three new Aton Service solutions have been implemented in the production plant of M-MEBEL LTD, a well-known MEZEY brand, in the village of Teresva, Tyachiv district, Transcarpathia.

An extraction system for the sanding area was installed and commissioned, consisting of an FS-AS-12 filtering plant, two MST sanding tables 1000*1000 cm, two MST sanding tables 1000*3000 cm, an air duct system with air return to the workshop and an automation kit.

In addition, the air ducting system was modernised to connect two CNC machines to the filter unit and two fans previously installed at the customer’s premises.

The painting area was prepared for operation, where air ducts and intrinsically safe fans RL-AS 560/4R/3Es manufactured by Aton Service were used to extract air from the painting booths with a water curtain.

MEZEY is a family furniture brand originally from Zakarpattia. M-MEBEL produces tables and chairs made of solid precious wood.
