Aspiration system of welding stations for Dneprogaz

2021.

For RGC Production, a gas equipment manufacturing plant in Dnipro, we developed an aspiration system for welding stations.

For Dniprogaz, our specialists manufactured exhaust hoods, FS AS series filtering plants, an aspiration stand for grinding, and the company’s air duct system.

RGC production is fully automated. Part of the work is done by robots. Aton Service’s fume extraction system ensures clean air during the welding process.

This is the third aspiration project of Aton Service with regional gas companies. Our equipment is also working in the modern RGC production facilities in Lviv and Vinnytsia. The production of modern gas equipment allows us to modernize gas distribution networks in the regions of Ukraine.
