2023. Our newest completed project is an aspiration system at the Liubomyr Lime and Silicate Plant in Rivne region.
The pneumatic conveying system from Aton Service is designed as an intermediate stage in the wood grinding cycle, which serves as an alternative fuel for the lime kiln.
Reducing the dust fraction by installing our equipment allowed the company to prove the replacement of natural gas used in the kilns with wood dust by 90%.
After the launch of our system, this figure is expected to grow further and increase the productivity of the hammer crushers.
The aspiration system consists of welded air ducts with Venturi pipes as dust collectors installed under the crushers, from which particles with a diameter of 3 mm are transported to the CY-1600Z cyclone using the ZC-AS 1000/4R/45 Es4 intrinsically safe dust fan.
Here, the bulk of the material is settled and transferred to the grinding line via the RV-40 metering valve.
After the cyclone, the air with residual dust is sent to the PJF 120 Bd.C filter unit for the second and final filtration stage, which allows the captured fine particles to be sent back to the process line. Environmental emissions are minimized. An RL-AS.500/2/18.5 Es.4 fan is installed after the filter unit to maintain a stable air flow rate. Thanks to the energy saving unit, the fan adapts its performance to the variable dust load (peak values of which reach 3200 kg/h) and compensates for the loss of pressure on the bag filters.
The energy-saving equipment is designed to operate continuously in automatic mode 24/7.
Liubomyr Lime and Silicate Plant has benefited from Aton Service aspiration.
Liubomyr Lime and Silicate Plant is one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine specializing in the production of building materials. The plant was put into operation in 1969. Its main products are building lime and silicate bricks.
