FTC filtering plant for Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC

2022 year. Filtering piant FTC AS8.Bd is manufactured for Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC. 

Advantages of filtering plant ─ thin filtration of air with the size of firm particles from 0,3 microns. The degree of air purification is 100%. The result is achieved thanks to a unique solution developed by Aton Service engineers. In an hour, the filtering piant will clean 8,000 m³ of air at the production site.

Air pollution air with particles of production waste transported to the filter unit. In the deposition chamber, air with heavy particles falls into the dust collection compartment. Аir with light particles passes through cartridge filters with PTEF membrane.

Cartridge filters are cleaned by pulsed blows of compressed air, controlled by an electronic economizer, which optimizes the flow duration and supply intervals.

A special panel control helps to control the filter plant. It turns all systems and engines on and off and protects them.
