2025. As part of the modernization of production processes at PLIT, a project was implemented to install a modern aspiration system. The project aimed to improve working conditions, reduce air dustiness in work areas, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
A filtering unit was installed for FTC-AS6.Bd thermal cutting machines during the project — an effective solution for cleaning industrial dust from the air. This equipment is notable for its reliability, energy efficiency, and long service life.
Polluted air passes through a settling chamber and cartridge filters with a PTFE membrane, which clean particles down to 0.3 microns with up to 100% efficiency. Purified air is then returned to the workshop. The system automatically cleans the filters using electronically controlled compressed air pulses, which makes the system energy efficient and easy to maintain.
