Painting booth for BAYRO in Moldova

For BAYRO in Chisinau, Moldavia, we have developed three TBS-3W painting booths with water screen.

Aton Service’s TBS-W water screen booth is an ideal solution for medium and large production volumes. With this type of booth, the highest possible gloss quality is achieved through fine air filtration and humidification in the room.

TBS-W stands are easy to clean periodically. However, the volume of water used requires gradual settling and subsequent disposal of the resulting waste. The chambers are equipped with a differential pressure sensor to detect filter clogging. The process of cleaning the air flow is carried out in two stages: the first stage is the absorption and deposition of solid residue particles (paints, varnishes and solvents) by a water curtain, the second stage is the cleaning of the air by a fiberglass filter.

BAYRO is the first manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen furniture and accessories in Moldova. For a long time its constant priority has been quality, style, the pursuit of perfection, practicality and expressiveness.
