Project at ARPAL production

We have manufactured filtering units FTC-AS6.Bd, FTC-AS8.Bd and an aspiration grinding machine FCS 3000 for the ARPAL production.

The aspiration stand will be used for the first time for powder coating of metal products with powder materials. It is installed directly in front of the polymer baking complex.

Painting becomes safe with the help of Aton Service equipment. Powder paint losses and environmental emissions are minimized.

The FTC series filtering units serve the sheet metal laser cutting and four welding stations equipped with PVU160.03 rotary exhaust units to create safe and comfortable conditions at each workplace.

The air containing gases, aerosols, particulates and vapors is purified by cartridge filters. And modern automation solutions implemented allow to save energy by adaptively controlling the power depending on production needs.

ARPAL is a manufacturer of wood waste processing equipment. The company has its own modern production facilities and has proven itself in the market.
