For the first time, an innovative approach to the air duct system has been applied at AGT Plus production in Kyiv. It allows moving equipment without replacing the air duct system.
The Aton Service team has developed and implemented a universal air duct system with a constant cross-section of the suction line at AGT Plus, which allows the customer to change the location of machines and their connection points without moving the air ducts. For this purpose, pneumatic dampers for periodic purging are installed on each of the two lines.
The automation control panel has a touch control panel and displays the current status of the equipment included in the aspiration system. In particular, the AGT Plus plant has installed a PJF.200.Sc filtering plant complete with RH-AS 560/2R/22 Es4 centrifugal blowers, rotary dosing valve RV – 30, CPA 50 aspiration system control panel and air duct system. The capacity of the filtering plant is 43,200 m³/h.
