Continuation of the cooperation with ODEC

2024. Confirmation of the customer’s trust in Aton Service is his repeat order. We are proud to continue our cooperation with manufacturers like ODEK. Our customers, like us, never rest on their laurels and are constantly evolving. We help them move forward.

A  filtering plant PJF 120. Bd with sedimentation chamber and big bag emptying module and control panel. The scheme and program of the control panel also provide for the possibility of controlling a 15 kW fan motor.

Currently, the filtering plant PJF 120. Bd is used as the second air cleaning stage after the cyclones of the briquetting line to remove dust with a moisture content of 8±2%. The filtered dust is continuously
is continuously discharged into a big bag under the hopper of the plant.

This is the second project with ODEK. The first project was realized in 2022. At that time we developed a new aspiration system for the company.

ODEK is one of the twenty largest producers of birch plywood in Europe. The main product of the company is birch plywood, including laminated plywood, intended for both interior and exterior use.
