Recently, a new Aton Service aspiration system has been in operation at the production of ODEK, a well-known plywood manufacturer in Ukraine and Europe. The other day, the installation department of our company completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment.
We installed a pneumatic transport system with a capacity of 1,600 kg/h in ODEK, which connects the crusher and the briquetting complex.
A crusher is installed in the veneer processing shop, which feeds production waste.
A welded duct with a diameter of 450 mm is attached to the crusher, which connects the two workshops at a distance of more than 200 meters.
Two fans (55 kW and 22 kW) and our PJF series filter unit in a new version with a deposition chamber are connected to the duct.
The raw material is transferred using the RV40 dosing valve and inclined auger to the main receiving hopper of the Firewood briquetting complex, where it is further crushed and pressed into fuel briquettes.
ODEK is installed at the enterprise filtering plant PJF.100.Bd, aspiration system control panel CPA 50, spark suppression system RIL2, centrifugal blower ZB-AS series ,ducts and other equipment.
