2024. Aton Service’s TBS-3DW painting complex, designed for professional application of paints and varnishes on parts made of precious wood, has been launched at Escort LLC in the village of Vilkhivtsi in Zakarpattia. They are used to form the final product – chairs, armchairs, sofas and tables for Ukraine and abroad.
The customer is convinced that the TBS-3DW water curtain paint booth, which can purify up to 8,000 m3 of air per hour, is a good investment in production. The new equipment helps to apply high-quality paint layers and makes it possible to create safe working conditions for the staff.
Wet filtration technology is the most effective solution when using water-soluble materials, as it saves on filter media, which is usually the main consumable.
The large volumes of exhaust air are simultaneously compensated by a supply air volume of 9000 m3/h, which is appropriate in terms of temperature and controlled in terms of particulate matter.
The air is supplied by an automated supply ventilation system. This allows staff to spend minimal time managing and maintaining the system.
A pre-calculated, adjusted, and recorded excess of 10% of the supply air relative to the amount of exhaust air is an important condition for the technical process, as it eliminates the possibility of dust or contaminated air from adjacent rooms where different production processes are taking place.
