2023 year.
War tests people and equipment for endurance. The Aton Service team passes the strength test side by side with customers.
In January, we started installing the aspiration system at the Allwood facility known as Carlo Porte Door Factory. Previously, the production was located in Dergachy, Kharkiv region. In the first days of the war with Russia, the factory came under air strikes, part of it was destroyed. However, Allwood nevertheless began the relocation of the business.
The surviving equipment was transported to Kalush in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Our filtering plants, air ducts, fans survived the attacks and successfully operated after being restored and started in a new location. Damaged, but unbreakable. As an example of the sustainability of Ukrainian business, Ukrainian equipment and the people who manufacture and install it.
Filtering plants
In 2016, we installed a PJF.170.Sc filtering plant at the Allwood factory, and in 2018, a more powerful PJF.200.Sc.
This year, our team faced a difficult task: to restore equipment and start it up again, taking into account the specifics of the location. At the same time, we started the installation of the new PJF.120.Sc filtering plant and the air duct system in the new workshop.
It was a valuable experience for our team. Work had to be done in difficult conditions between air raids.
Coordinated work in cooperation with the Allwood team made it possible to successfully complete the installation and start-up of the equipment. The filtering units work successfully. This is a step towards resuming the production of the Papa Carlo Door Factory. The customer was satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the performance of the work.
We are unbreakable
