Installations of this series are recommended for use at enterprises with 2-3 variable workloads in the chemical, coal, and woodworking industries.

The PJF.100.Bd.C filtering unit is equipped with bag filters made of antistatic oil-moist repellent material with a capacity of 21,600 m3/h with a pulse filter regeneration system with compressed air. This system is mounted using modular panels made of galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 2.5 to 4 mm, which provides a modular structure of the installation and allows designing installations of different productivity according to the needs of the customer.

  • Filter elements with sleeve filters made of antistatic oil-moisture repellent material with a diameter of 160 mm, length of 3000 mm, density of the filter cloth 550g/m², the working side of the filter is treated with a special compound for easy cleaning of the filter.
  • The impulse cleaning system of the filtering unit allows you to clean the working surface of the filter from dirt.

This design and this principle of operation of the filter installation has a number of advantages and allows you to achieve:

Principle of operation: (Unloading system in run-down)

This type of discharge is used in most small suction installations and is based on the flow properties of the materials and the force of gravity. At a surface inclination of 65º, most materials under the influence of gravity fall from the surface in a given direction. A simple and reliable system for small installations with one to two cone discharges.

Contaminated air containing particles of waste obtained in the production process is sucked and transported into the installation through the air duct system. Contaminated air enters the deposition chamber, where heavier particles fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, and small light particles fall on the outside of sleeve antistatic filters with a density of 550 g / m2. Where they linger on the outer specially treated surface. Purified air passes inside the bag filter and returns to the production room with minimal temperature loss. The filtering unit carries out fine filtering of polluted air, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop. The filtering unit is equipped with a pulse filter regeneration system. The pulse of compressed air is directed inside the filter to meet the flow of clean air. During the pulse, there is a splash of fabric on the internal metal frame of the filter. Accumulated dust is blown off the treated outer side of the filter.

Antistatic moisture-oil repellent filter

In the vast majority of industries, bag filters consistently provide dust collection performance at the highest level, possessing the necessary hydromechanical resistance and reliability.

During the operation of material filters, dust gradually accumulates in the pores of the filter material, as well as on its surface. As the amount of dust increases, the hydromechanical resistance of the material also increases. As a result, the pores and filter surface become clogged, the performance of the filter will decrease and because of this the filter will not be able to pass gas. Therefore, in order for the filter to be in working condition, it is necessary to regularly remove dust from the pores of the filter material.
The process of dropping part of the dust layer in fabric filters is called regeneration, thus restoring the original properties of the filter material.

Filter block cleaning system

The filter block cleaning system includes a receiver designed to accumulate the required volume of air, impulse valves of a European manufacturer. The valves are located above each row of filters and are activated after a period of time set by the controller, which is set depending on the fraction of dust deposited on the filters. After turning off the installation, due to the volume of air accumulated in the receiver, a cleaning cycle of all filters takes place. The entire system ensures filter cleaning and keeps the filter in working condition throughout the working hours.

Works on tension, pressure affects a flat or concave surface, excellent for work at the lowest pressure and static loads. ✓ The fire extinguishing system consists of a dry pipe with a number of nozzles located in the filter block. The system is connected to the water supply system of the enterprise. In case of detection of ignition, smoke of the installation, it is necessary to open the water supply valve and the nozzles located inside the filter block will supply water and extinguish the fire inside the installation.

✓ Flame arresting valve with a fusible insert. The valve protects against fire entering the production premises through the air return system in an emergency situation. When the temperature in the flow of clean air entering the room after filtering through the return air rises to 70 ° C, a mechanism is activated that closes the valve and prevents smoke or fire from entering the production room.


Installation maintenance

The construction of the PJF.100.Bd.C series installation is designed in such a way that when servicing the cleaning system or filter unit, all work is carried out in the clean area that filters the installation. For safe work at height, the installation is equipped with stairs and a platform with a fence for safe work. Fans are located on the foundation for easy maintenance.
